I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Its central location made it easy to explore both Hanoi’s Old Quarter and French Quarter on foot. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the exceptional service. I fell ill during my stay, and the staff was very caring and helped me to get medicine from a nearby pharmacy. Additionally, they kindly stored my luggage free of charge for two nights while I took a short trip. Their hospitality and attentiveness made my experience truly memorable. Highly recommend!

Eliana Premio hotel is comfortably situated in the middle of Hanoi’s beating heart. It’s very easy to reach all the iconic places from the hotel and it’s full with great eateries all around. The rooms are great, the service goes well beyond what typically needed. The staff was absolutely exceptional and helped us with everything and anything during our stay and even afterwards. During our Vietnam trip we returned to Eliana 3 times and would definitely return again if we stayed at Hanoi. Thank you Danny, Jollie, Lovy, Leo, Paul and all the team. You are the best!

Amara Hanoi Hotel and Spa is aantrekkelijk gelegen in Hanoi, en heeft een 4-sterrenaccommodatie in de buurt Thang Long-waterpoppentheater en Hoan Kiem-meer. De locatie was echt perfect, midden in old town. Ook was het personeel super vriendelijk en sprak goed Engels. De kamers waren mooi en schoon. Voor 1 nacht was dit perfect voor ons.

MAY DE VILLE Corner Hotel is goed gelegen in Hanoi, en biedt kamers met airconditioning, een buitenzwembad, gratis WiFi en een tuin. Excellent breakfast, spacious room, nice views from the rooftop. Nice quiet location but still within a short walking distance from the old quarter.

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Initially, I was a bit nervous about traveling alone with just my daughter, but this hotel made us feel completely safe and cared for. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The breakfast options were wonderful, plenty of variety and everything was delicious. The room was modern, clean, and extremely comfortable, so much so that my daughter didn’t want to leave! Location is close to the lake too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, and welcoming stay. Kudos to Sunny for helping us with the tours. We will definitely be back.
